Please note: An internal swap request is subject to a $100 processing fee, which must be paid before the swap can be finalized. Swap week requests are not guaranteed. The Spinnaker team will do their best to facilitate your request based on availability, ownership eligibility, and reservation guidelines. All swap requests must be reviewed, approved, and confirmed by our office before any changes are considered final. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to increase the likelihood of accommodation.

I understand that when you book a vacation or a stay at a resort, changes can occur up until your check-in date. This means that even if you've swapped or reserved a specific unit, circumstances such as the sale of that week may require the resort to move you to a different unit.
