Rental income must be reported each year on a 1099 for tax purposes. Please fill in the Social Security Number on this form, so we may send you a 1099 at the end of the year. You may call the Spinnaker Office to provide your SSN if you are not comfortable including it on the form. We cannot place your unit up for rent until you have provided your social security number. You may NOT deposit your week with Interval if you have placed it up for rent, the request will be denied by management.
